At PND360, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are physical items such as mugs and gifts, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
We do accept replacements or refunds for:
Items that arrive damaged or broken
Defective products
Incorrect items sent
Missing items from your order

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Once we review your request, we will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
We reserve the right to request additional information to process your claim.
